These programs are wide-ranging, encompassing areas from hiring and human resources, to research and development, or policy, product, service, environment and experience design.

Custom curriculum and training is ideal for achieving specific learning outcomes for select individuals or groups where a degree of proficiency over newly acquired skills or techniques is required.

These programs can either be designed to be self-administered through a train-the-trainer model or administered by Open instructors.

Where applicable, Open also provides testing and accreditation certifying students’ course completion.
